Among the micronutrients, 1vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the normal energy-yielding metabolism, and these 2 active ingredients are also part of the Energy Gel formula. Among the other components, MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) is absorbed more quickly than long-chain fatty acids (LCT).
